3D Printed Robotic EEZYbotARM Application

Length 560mm, printed with 150 hours and 3 rolls PLA(1kg)


The main part is 3D printed robotic arm called EEZYbotARM, original typle is from Carlo whi design intent was to make something "easy" to build and quite cheap, also a good visual impact. 

This arm is assembled with M4 screws with round head in all joint, the feature for this part are various spare parts, include lots of nuts, bolts, 17 pieces spare parts and 3 tower pro MG90S servo and 1 SG90 servo.

My First Job To Assemble Toyota 4 Cylinder Engine 22RE

Last November, I downloaded all the files from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:644933/#files published by ericthepoolboy and printer few parts for each spare model. Some of them lost during the next months. In order to complete this work, I reprint some parts and start to assemble Cylinder Engine and complete the main parts at last weekend. 
It took me about 3 days and 2kg PLA filaments, please note that mini gear motor should be long enough and use 3-6V one. I also have a problem about valve seat, valve and camshaft, they are not easier to print, anyone have a solution or good idea?

PS: These are the parts made last time, some of them are miss.

Transfer the photoes into GCODE file and colorful pannel. Printing high quality light-transmitting relief and mean while printing colorful pannel into film with color inkjet printer. Paste the film in the back of relief, all things are done nearly.

3D Printing Help Boeing787 Save At Least 2 Billion Dollars Each Plane

Boeing announce on Friday, they will hire 3D printer company Norsk Titanium AS to print the first titanium alloy part, working this way can save 2~3 billion dollars each plane. 

Cooperate with 3D printer company is a good way to solve 787 overweight problem and it’s a good performance to improve their efficiency. At the mean while, we can tell from this news that more and more industrial are willing to accept 3D metal printing to replace traditional producing way. 

Norsk Titanium has cooperate with Boeing 787 more than 1 year, they design 4 787 spare parts and try to get approval from FAA. Norsk Titanium expect FAA can agree producing this part late this year. All these spare parts were produced in Norway, but this company are plan to start their printing factory in New York Platts Fort, there are 9 piece professional 3D printers there.

There is a slight change in the market after the first quarter trend report released,but most of them are still the same.The top rate desktop 3D printer are very familiar to us,as no one challenged the top four 3D printers.For the top three Original Prusa I3 MK2/ BCN3D Sigma 
and Form 2 have been there for more than three quarters. Powerspec 3D pro is still stay at four, but for CEL Robox, now it has reach up to five thought it was rank at 10 last quarter. 

3D Hubs also comment:”It has been added more than 1000 comments for Original Prusa I3 MK2 and Form 2 since last Trend Report released.” 

About the industrial 3D printer,same as the desktop 3D printer, just a slight change. Projest 3500 HDMaz of 3D systems rank from top 1 to top 2. Objet260 connex is still at 3,EOSINT P 760 have a good performance, reach up to 4 now. 3D Hubs also told us that there are 40% of the top 10 industrial 3D printer use the technology of Stratasys and Polyjet.That's re-
