Olearn PEI Sheet 0.2mm 3D Printer Build Surface
Olearn PEI Sheet 0.2mm 3D Printer Build Surface
If your guys have been used Anycubic Ultrabase which is a sheet of glass with a weird and mostly worthless coating on it. Well it work and it then it doesn't, so I think you need something different.
Olearn PEI material is great -- PLA sticks extremely well on CR-10s and other printers. The problem is attaching the adhesive to the PEI sheet is super challenging. You are required to attach the adhesive to the PEI sheet and then attach the whole thing to your build plate. This is VERY difficult to do. Even though the gizmo dorks after you read install description on their website and watched youtube videos of people installing PEI sheets. It still may result in a huge bubble despite me using good technique and being very careful.
Why can't we attach the adhesive to the sheet before sending this out? It would be MUCH easier if the PEI sheet came with the adhesive attached. Once the adhesive is on the PEI sheet, attaching it to your build plate is easy because the PEI sheet is pretty rigid. The PEI sheet from OLEARN all are adhesived 3M paste before sending out!

Olearn Infrared Thermometer
If you guy have been tinkering around with electronics, robotics, 3D printers, that sort of thing, and you want to make sure you could keep an eye on the temperatures in various components. Something like dont want to set your motherboard on fire with a bad overclock! This thermometer does the job well enough,(you can get it from Olearn infrared Thermometer)and its measurements are mostly internally consistent. It's increadibly easy to use, it has a very bright targeting beam, and the read-out supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit with the press of a button.
The only complaint is that the thermometer might not be very very accurate like body thermometer, and it tends to report a few degrees lower than we think obeject actually are. For example, the 3D printer has sensors that measure the temperature of both the nozzles and the heated bed. When the nozzle thinks it's at 200°C, this thermometer might display anywhere from196°C~200°C. When the bed thinks it's at 60°C, the thermometer has read anywhere from 54°C~60°C.
But that is a consequence of infrared thermometers generally, or it's attributable to user error. Like above information, the range is relatively narrow and pretty consistent, so even though it looks like it's afew degree low, the thermometer still works well for your purposes. If you need accuracy down to a tenth of a degree, look elesewhere to be frankly, but if you're just keeping an eye to make sure you don't burn your house down, this one works great.

3D Technology Promote The Reform Of Auto Industry
3D printing technology will play more and more important role for auto industry or other in the near future, the manufacturer in the future will be applied with more industry 3D printer. And with the development of different 3D printer, the auto industry will be along with a great reform.
The Application Of 3D printing technology in Auto Industry 3DThough the application for 3D printing technology in auto industry is still in primary stage, it has revolutionized the new technology. In 2014, The American Local Motors made a 3D print car-Strati with their own printing machine. In 2016,Honda launched a Micro-Commuter electromobile, print with 3D printer as well. Soon afterwards, many other auto companies try to print key components with 3D printer to control the quality, stable feature and short leading time. According to a report 《Global 3D Printing Automotive Market Analysis & Trends - Industry Forecast to 2025)》, till 2025, the 3D printer application will increase 10%, most of them will be used for mobile car or truck’s components.
The brief analyze for 3D printing technology At present, the auto industry has use different 3D print tech to meet their request including electron beam melting(EBM)、fused disposition modeling(FDM)、 laminated object manufacturing(LOM)、three dimensional printing、stereolithography、selective laser sintering(SLS). Here take two technology as a brief introduction, show you below.
Electron Beam Melting(EBM)

A new advance technology for melt form additive manufacturing, replace laser print head with E-beam. This tech. is used for incredibly dense metal parts usually. Technology Theory:First upload the 3D module of spare parts into EBM machine, and then tile the micro melt powder into EBM working bin. The E-beam can make melt powder into together with its high hi-density energy.Advance:1.The penetrability of E-beam is powerful 2. Fast and no deformation nearly 3. Vacuum to improve the quality of welding line 4. Easy to control Disadvantage:1.Complex machine and expensive
2.Strict request for assembling and processing of plug 3.Limited space for vacuum bin4.The electromagnetic will affect the welding quality5. X-ray is harmful for human
Fused Disposition Modeling(FDM)This is additive manufacturing technology, it’s used for shaping and prototyping usually. FDM technology use high temperature to melt filament to liquid and through extruder of 3D printer head to print one layer by one layer. Advantage:high precision, high strength and can be printed colorful. Disadvantage:the surface is roughly.
Due to the limited of the space, refer to other technologies, we can discuss should you have any interest to share.

3D Print Heart Gives Us A New Direction Of Transplant_Olearn Tech.
The Swiss researcher print a soft heart by 3D print
technology which is highly similar to the true one
on shape、size and function. Though this man made he-
art is still on testing and can’t be applied in tr-
ansplant,it provides a new idea about solve related
problems.
This human made heart is made from soft silica gel,
with help of 3D printing and investment casting tec-
hnology. Weight 390g and 679 cubic CM.
The construct of this man made heart is a complex
silica gel, include a ventriculus dexter and ventr-
iculus sinister and an extra room to separate two
ventricles, this room plays like muscle to drive the
blood in and out heart.
At present, the man-made blood pump can dive our bl-
ood,but the mechanical parts can blight us as well.
The researcher said: “ they want to make a similar
heart exact as ours. “
This 3D print heart is on testing and due to the limi
-ted of raw material, this heart can only beat 3000
times, in other word, it can continue working only
30~45 minutes. We still need to find a much better
material to solve the problem of tensile strength and
functions, but this new direction is great.
